Couldn't connect to MCF Connector Service for MOM 2005

I have installed MOM 2005 and MCF that comes along with it. I was trying to
hit the MCF using the web service using the following url
"http://10.10.75.126:1271/ConnectorServiceV2.asmx". I got this url from the
SDK help. But when I hit the url I got message saying "Service Unavailable".

I am preparing sollution for instalation OpsMgr and I will need to connect
OpsMgr with HP Network Node Manager. Only this product from whole HP OVO is
using. Is there some possibility, how connect this product with (or without)
Engyro products?
I would need primarily direction from HP to SCOM.
