Can't launch Op Console using Run As with Vista

I'm the first OpsMgr admin to take the plunge with Vista, and am regretting
it when it comes to Run As. In our environment, we have 2 domain accounts;
one you log into AD, Outlook, etc. to do your standard work. If you need to
