script error preventing download

Hi,
At catalog.update.microsoft.com after i go to the basket and initiate the
download
When the popup windows appeard it doesn't show anything and I get an
exclamation icon on IE stating:
line:28, char:104, Error: Unterninated string constant

Does anyone know how to fix this? Automatic updates works fine but when I try
to go to the Windows Update web page it say the page is for genuine MS
products and suggests I visit http://www.microsoft.com/mac/.
I tried re-registering Windows, re-installed IE7, re-registered Office 2003,

Harware Wizard" is sttempting to add new unknown hardware to my PC. I try
cancelling and it works however there is an "unknown device" in my device

business, CD of some of the HUGE Windows and particularly Office downloads.
Is this possible, and does MS have a specific web address where I can
