Hiding Controls

I have a simple Data Access Page that runs from a simple query. I need to
find a way to hide a few controls (Text Boxes).
The control that will decide the faith of the textboxes is a Checkbox, the
field in the source table for this checkbox is a Yes/No field, I want the

In the past i've use Docmd.Printout to send the form to the printer
this has worked well in the past.
Now I want to sent the printout to a specific Printer Driver in

Is there any way to disable tools, options, windows in taskbar with program
control? Some users have this enabled & it allows them to easily see the
tables. This is even with startup set to not display database window. I'm
using office 2000 and 2003
