I am looking for a way to automate the request for assistance part of RA.
In other words, is there a way, or a script that can create the
"RcBuddy.MsRcIncident" and save it to a specific location?
We are not allowed to use IM in house. Looking for an easier way create

I want to install the patches in folder "PatchRepository" through a vbscript.
I would also like to get the error message of any patch which couldn't not be
installed for any reason [ Not applicable or Base patch not installed or
Incompatible Os Version etc.]

We are using Thin clients to connect to a Terminal Server (Windows 2003 SP2).
The thin clients are using Windows CE6.0. Group policy allows usb drives
through to the termial Server. The Remote Desktop connection allows disk
