I have an application that displays multiple top-level frame windows. When
two or more of these windows are open they can be grouped in the XP taskbar
under a single icon for the application. When right-clicking on this group
icon in the taskbar, one gets a context menu with "Close Group", "Cascade ...

I have a desk band project that I made from Microsoft's Sample Desk Band
project template.
I have another application that calls EnumWindows() to get an HWND for the
desk band window. This works fine.
Now I wish to use PostMessage() from the other application to send a WM_USER
message to the desk band ...

I have a dialog-only ATL app, that is, it is a CAtlExeModuleT - derived app
that opens a modal dialog from Run() and exits when the dialog closes.
When I alt+tab through running applications, the icon for app is null. How

How to gain access to taskbar menu?

The taskbar has a popup that comes up when I right-click on it, not in the
system tray or on a task button. For instance, mine has the items Toolbars,
Cascade Windows, Tile Windows Horizontally, etc.
I want to access this menu programmatically from C++. How in general do I
get access to it?
