Problem with IContextMenu

I have implemented ISHellView in my NSE. I am trying to get a background
context menu for the folder view when the user R-clicks the mouse in the
folder view.
So... who is responsible for implementing this menu? And How is it passed
around, I clearly do not understand what I need to do here.

What shell interfaces are need in order to have a NSE working into
Common Dialogs on Windows Vista?
IIdentityName interface and IShellItem interface are mandatory in this
case?
Does anybody know about a sample for IIdentityName interface and
IShellItem interface?

Icon Overlay Shell Extension Not Loading

Hi,
Iâ??m trying to register a shell icon overlay extension but the shell never
calls the DLL or instantiates any of the objects.
RegSvr32 works perfectly and reports success and if I manually attempt to
instantiate and query the COM object myself, it works fine.

My Icon won't show up

In my Name Space Extension I cannot get my Root icon to show up in the Tree
Control when displaying details.
I've got a DefaultIcon = s '%MODULE%' line in my RGS file and when I
display in ICON mode I see my guy , but in List and Details modes I just get
the default Box.

interface.
Every creation with - CoCreateInstance(CLASS_ShellWindows, nil,
CLSCTX_INPROC_SERVER or CLSCTX_LOCAL_SERVER, IShellWindows, Iun) - return
error $8007000E - OUTOFMEMORY
