signing large file

By using signtool and by signing a large file ( 600 Mo) have the following
error :
"SignTool Error: ISignedCode::Sign returned error: 0x80092002
An error occurred during encode or decode operation."
I have extracted this tool from visual 2008 SDK.

I am using Orca version 5.0.7069.0. I have an Orca Transformation saved to
a file. Is there a way to call Orca from the command-line and pass in
argument(s) to perform the transformation? I am trying to incorporate the
Orca Transformation into a build. Thanks in advance.

Windows 7 SDK Webservices.dll not getting installed

I am working with multiple Server 2008 machines. I installed Windows 7
SDK on my local machine, and it put webservices.dll in system32, and
another webservices.dll in SysWOW64. No problem.
