Problem QoS Traffic API - Setting Filter

Hi,
In an attempt to set DSCP bit on outgoing UDP packets, I used the QoS
Traffic control API and was successful.
The problem is that it works only for ALL outgoing UDP packets. I want to be
able to mark UDP packets going to a specific port only.

I' like to call programmatically the same functions because I can't do

I have written a RPC server. Which call the export of an Interface. Here

I came across a VPN product that seemed to change the interface list that
appears in the routing table.
When the VPN is not running, I see all the interfaces that are in the system
in route table. When the VPN is run, the routing table is modified and
displays only the VPN's virtual interface.
