How to work WRAPI application with wireless zero disabled,NOT manual + stop

Hi,
I am using WRAPI with my application (on xp platform).it is working
fine,if i make my wirelss zero config - manual and stop,before runnung
my application and the problem is ,if I reboot the system with this
config...it establish connection after boot up,my application give
error until I again make wireles ...
