Message retrieve event for Exchange Store?

I am looking to trap the event, inside a server hook, when client(say
Outlook or OWA) tries to retrieve the message from Exchange server. It
is like whenever user clicks on a message, I want to trap that event
using a server hook.

Ocassionally, when I attempt to open an email from the inbox folder I get
MAPI_E_INVALID_ENTRYID.

PR_CREATION_TIME & PR_LAST_MODIFICATION_TIME always returned as "now"

Using MAPI to retrieve these property values for Outlook objects (messages,
notes, etc) with HrGetOneProp(), but the return value for both is always
"now"... Other dates are returned correctly (such as
PR_MESSAGE_DELIVERY_TIME).
Outlook Spy returns the correct value, not sure what I am doing wrong... Any
