I want to build an application using SAPI which will take beeps of two
frequencies as input in training phase.
Suppose System.Console.Beep(300,100) as bit '0'

I wrote an ISAPI filter, but I made a change and restarted the W3 publishing
service. It looks like it's stuck in an infinite loop of some sort, and I
can't stop the service.
