ISAPI DLL in IIS6

I have an ISAPI dll written in house (Borland Delphi 5). It works properly
under IIS 5x. I am trying ot install it for the first time on an IIS 6
machine and am having problems. I have enabled the isapi extension in IIS 6.
Basically, the DLL is never being loaded by IIS 6 and the web breowsder jsut
hangs ...
