How do I get the SDK on CD

Hello All,
I have tried to D/L the 9.0 SDK three times (DSL connection) and all three
times the 122MB file is corrupted when I try to expand it. Is there a way to
order the SDK on a CD from Microsoft? I can't find a link to do that on
miccosoft.com
