Best solution Web Services Office XP

I need to have some MS Word Templates pull information from Web Services.
I have downloaded the Web Services ToolKit 2.0 and am tyring that out. I'm
running into issues when the Object Factory is being called. Am I wasting my
time with this solution or is this the best option.

W2K3-R2 Replication only starts replicating when restarting DFSser

I have several W2K3-R2 servers with DFSR enabled on them.
Most of these servers do not have any problem with DFSR.
On one server replication does not work like it should.
I have already used dfsradmin en dfsrdiag to diagnose the problem, but I am
