Newbie Question about SOAP message structure

Hi All,
I am a bit new to SOAP and web services etc. and have a question that I
couldn't find and answer to. I get that a SOAP header is optional witin an
envelope but I have come across some soap requests that look like this:

Hi all,
I am writing a simple VBA script using Office 2003 Webservices Toolkit
v2.01 which calls a webservices method. For some reason the excel
client/toolkit generates an invalid SOAP message. Here is what I see:

WSE SOAP Envelope Object Case Sensitive

I am using the SoapEnvelope object that is a part of WSE 2.0 to create a Soap
message. The soap envelope object creates the soap tags in lower case, for
example soap:Envelope, soap:Header however the site I am sending it to is
case sensitive and expects SOAP:Envelope and SOAP:Header. I did a work
