How to call Axis Web Service from Windows JScript

I have a wsdl for an Axis Web Service that I need to call from JScript. I
tried to use the MSSOAP.SoapClient, but it does not like the wsdl. I found
that I can use the wsdl as a Web Reference in a C# application or library.

I invoke a WebService via a SOAP envelopp containing a header and I
would like Axis Engine maintains this header when it generate the
Response.
