Windows Vista Update Problem

14 Microsoft updates have been installed onto my windows vista PC yesterday.
The computer is now non functional and freezes within about 10 seconds of
loading up the desktop. I need to find out which update out of the 14 is

Unable to change display resolution.

I was attempting to adust the resolution and it set very high, and when I
restarted my computer, it told me that I couldn't view anything. So I changed
the video setting in the start up F2 menu and have been able to get back into

Bluetooth quit working after Microsoft Update

On both of my XP computers my bluetooth connectors quit working after a
recent update. I've tried to reinstall the software, but it won't install.
I can't go back using restore to a time before this update because I deleted

SOAP & Windows 95

Does anyone know if there is a version of MS SOAP that is supported by
windows 95?
Soap Toolkit 2.0 and 3.0 both use a call "InterlockedCompareExchange" in
Kernel32.dll that isn't supported in windows 95. I know it's supported in
Win98, but I'd rather keep this old PC running 95 than upgrading to Win98.
