I would like to find out how the 'deleted without being read receipt can be
displayed on a senders computer? I DO want this sender to know that I am
deleting all correspondence with him. He always requests a receipt, and I am
unable to delete message before either accepting to send/or not send the
receipt ...

What kind of response time can I expect?

I am trying to determine the feasibility of a web
application.
It must have a maximum of a 1/2 second response time, 1/10
second would be much better.
It will have 10K bytes input and 30 bytes of output.

For anyone else facing similar situations, issue was related the account
not having access to run the proc , in my case.
If you are using IE, there is an option Tools > Advanced > Show Friendly
HTTP Errors - uncheck that so the real message is displayed.
