SOAP/WSDL Calls

I have a customer with a WSDL file and 2 levels of schema files (shema file
1 refers to elements in schema file2) and they say the web service works
with .net and java, however, it does not work with some other products.
Not working means the client fails to generate the correct SOAP message.

I have to transmit flat files from my AS400 system to a webservice using
SOAP. Now I don't know soap. Is anyone here familiar with an application
that can do this, so importing a flat file and transmit it using SOAP ?

I need to have some MS Word Templates pull information from Web Services.
I have downloaded the Web Services ToolKit 2.0 and am tyring that out. I'm
running into issues when the Object Factory is being called. Am I wasting my
time with this solution or is this the best option.
