Problem with SOAP headers

Hi,
I am implementing a solution which, among other things, encrypts the body of
a SOAP document.
I am using SOAPHeaderAttributes to achieve this.
Everything appears fine, I can get a reference to the SOAP document, I can
see the body, and I can encrypt it.
My problem is that I am unable to write the ...

Trouble passing DateTime variable to XML

I am using MSSOAP30.DLL
The XML DateTime is in the format "2007-07-27T15:00:00" apparently.
In VB I am passing a Date Type variable (named dteWorkDate) to an XML
service's method as the LAST parameter.
When I initialize dteWorkDate with say Now() the error I receive says 'Too

how to send http header over soap by specify "Accept-Encoding" ?

I'm using SOAP toolkit 3.0 to make a request to web-service, and I want to
know how to add more http header info. I want to add "Accept-Encoding: gzip"
into http header but I cannot find any API to do. I use "HttpConnector30".

Windows XP System Time

I noticed the system time for Windows XP always late 5 minutes no matter I
after sometime no matter I adjust same to the standard time or fasted
5minutes/10minutes/30minutes faster then the standard time. Is there anyone
out there facing the same problem and how can I solve the problem.
