i get 2 types of sporadic errors
they come together in groups of 3 or 4
entries on event-viewer
the Web Service i query
appears to be working fine, except for that errors
could be arise on blocking or some overflow
on the web service ?
i say that, because the ws is now highly used

I'm having problems consuming jdeveloper Web Service from SOAP Toolkit 3.0
because xsi:type attribute is required and SOAP Toolkit doesn't include it
when calls a ws method. Is there some way to configure SOAP Toolkit to
include
this attribute ? How can I solve it ?

Offline files problem

I have laptops in my school that teachers use. What they get is controlled
by the server(me) but can work at home using offline files when they logon to
the domain.
Recently one of them asked if he could use the laptop independently and do
what he wanted. I did this by creating a local user on the laptop ...
