Traversing an HTML table as DOM using VBA

tr element rather than just the /td elements for each /tr element.

XML signature using Windows authentication

Is there a possibility of signing XML using the Windows authentication
mechanism (such as info from an access token). The aim is to sign an
XML document to make it non-repudiable - that is the person who
created it was indeed the person recorded (assuming that the Windows
logon was not compromised).
