Viewing resolved internal entities

I have XML files which have Hungarian characters in text as entities e.g.
<name>J á Smith</name>.
I want to view them in IE with the entities resolved e.g. with the á
turned into whatever character it is.
Do I convert them first using something like XSLTPROC? When I try it leaves
them unchanged.

XSD Schema - sequence constraint for content

In an XSD schema, I can obviously apply <xs:sequence /> to a set of
known nodes. However I can't see how to do this for node values.
Given the example document
