Where are these pesky and superfluous xmlns="" coming from?

How to use XInclude with XSD?

I have XInclude working and now I am trying to incorporate it in my xsd
file. I extracted xinclude.xsd from
http://www.w3.org/TR/2002/CR-xinclude-20020221/#syntax so I would not be
hitting someone's web site everytime I validated my xml.
Here is the beginning of my xsd file:

How to make XInclude example work? Where is Microsoft.Data.SqlXML?

I'm trying to make the examples work at
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa302291.aspx
The problem is that the example code references Microsoft.Data.SqlXml
and I cannot find this! I have sql server installed. The closet I can
find is System.Data.SqlXml but that does not help.
