xml validation error

Hi,
i have a basic XML file which i am trying to validate. i get the
error:
"An element or attribute information item has already been validated
from the '' namespace. It is an error if 'xsi:schemaLocation',
'xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation', or an inline schema occurs for that
namespace."
anybody knows why ...

annotation issue with SQLXML

I am getting "relationship expected on" errors on SQLXML Loading Code when I
am creating the tables and then perhaps adding.inserting the data.

How to convert from UTF-8

I have an SVG file that contains some chinese in (I believe) UTF-8 that was
generated by Adobe illustrator.
I'm having a terrible time with UTF-8 and would like to convert the
characters to î?? syntax. What is this syntax called?
Are there any utilities to do this conversion for me?
