XMLA IIS Restart problem

Our Application is using XMLA to
get the data from the OLAP cubes. Whenever the MS OLAP Administrator
changes the rights of the users accessing the application and the users
were already using the application, IIS 5.0 needs to be restarted to
impose the new rights of the user.

I'm trying to connect to a non-microsoft provider. The provider works as I
can connect through using the MDX Sample Application that comes with
Analysis Services, but when I try to connect using XMLA I seem to only get
the Analysis Services cubes, rather than my providers cubes.

How can I retrieve all servers in my datasources.xml in XML for Analysis
SDK 1.1 using ADOMD.NET ?
And how I can swtich this database in AdomdConnection?
AdomdConnection.ChangeDatabase("...") doesn't work.
