70-301 Exam

Has anyone tried the 70-301 exam without doing the MSF course? Given the
lack of practice tests and/or texts, the only preparation materials I have
are the white papers and the text for 70-300 (Analysing Requirements and
Defining Microsoft .NET Solution Architectures).

I have the following question: What do you think, what is the ideal loading for a man in his/her work? 60%? 80%? About 100%?
I'm asking it because I've made a survey about the Hungarian software companies, and the result is:
a.. below 50% : 7,69%
b.. between 50 - 60%: 13.46%
c.. between 60-75%: 17 ...

We have VB , Java , C , Assembly
We do provide turn key solutions consisting of Software and custom

Is the MSF suitable for such work ?

Help regarding the new exam 70-301

I'm writing this email, as I don't have any new directions with the
new (and very elusive) MSF exam 70-301. I'm hoping that maybe someone
will lead the way, as I don't think that I'm the only one with this
problem.
Before I'm starting, let me explain that I'm PMP and IT Project+
