Local equivalent of ConvertToPoint?

Does anyone have any code that does the equivalent of
RenderServiceSoap.ConvertToPoint but on my local computer? I have WAY to
many points to plot, and the service calls are killing my performance.

Drive time

I have encountered the following compiling errors:
I added the web reference. But I had to change all instances of
Mappointservice to
net.mappoint.staging.

I need to provide a map of the US that only shows state names, state borders,
and push pin markers. I am currently using the hide point of interest
functionality, but that does nothing to remove all the extra noise of roads
and such. I and currently using the .NA map with the .Terrain view style.

We started uploading our data at 2:50 p.m. PDT, which is after you sent out
the message that we can perform data uploads. However, we got an error
message at our end "Process return code 1 which does not match the specified
SuccessReturnCode of 0". The status of the upload is still shown to be
"Loading".
