MapPoint and Virtual Earth - Determining the 'outside polygon'

Errors in FindAddress

We found that MapPoint web service find the following addresses to the wrong
locations (wrong cities) while Google seems producing right results:
325 w 200 n, FILLMORE, UT 84631:
MapPoint:
Longitude: -112.676715
Latitude: 39.326527
Google:
Longitude: -112.332807
Latitude: 38.973240

set the client token to the virtual earth map.

while click the report view tab always shows no report.

Created the evaluation account.
using the accountID for the staging environment for virtual earth.
token retrieved , token error occured in map.
any poosibilities why error occurs.

I have subscribe into the webservices and my websites uses a function called
Mappoint.GetLocation(Lat, Lon). for some reason I'm getting the exception
error for subscription to the API what should I need to do. I created a new
account but what will be next...
