Hello,
I am new to MapPoint and am trying to write my first MapPoint Program. Below
is the source code I copied and modified
from Microsoft site. When I run it, I got "The request failed with HTTP
status 401: Unauthorized" message.

Is it possible to show a category of built-in POI by default with out doing
some sort of find and plotting the data your self with pushpins? For
example, if I want to see airports, can I set something up so that each map I
retrieve includes all airports automatically that exist within area being

Pushpin Icon BG set to green but no transparency

I have uploaded several bit map images with the background set to pure green
rgb(0,255,0) and they show up with green backgrounds, they are 8-bit 256
color bitmaps created with MS Paint utility, I also tried using PaintShop pro
but they still do not show up with any transparency, neither on the CSS web

Hi,
I'm very new to Map Point anf GPS in general.
I'm must write a desktop application in vb.net, that passing coordinates
need to retrive a position exspress as street name and city.
Any good example to look around?
