Getting error when creating a bitmap for Mappoint map image

I am trying to plot my pushpins manually, but when I go to create the
bitmap, I get an error message. Has anyone gotten this message
before?

I have the same problem, a 'Bad request ' exception occurs each time I try
to use the service. Did you find any solution ?? I am using Visual studio

When we calculate a route from 'le havre - france' to 'toulon - france', the
calculated route goes via England. This is the case if we specify both
quickest and shortest segmentpreferences.
Can anyone explain what's going wrong here? (Compare the result to
maps.live.com or maps.google.com)

Batch Geocoding Error

We are having difficulty with batch validation. It has been working fine for
months, but today it is failing. When we login to the customer service
website, today's jobs all say:
"Failed due to an internal server error"
Is anyone else having the same problem? Is the customer data web service down?

I recently installed the MapPoint web service SDK and tried to execute the
sample projects included in the archive. I replaced the appropriate elements
in the config file (username, password) but the following error occurs :
