FindOptions.SearchContext Bug

I am having a problem using this property. I'm using v3.5 of the web
service. When I specify a country's entity ID for the SearchContext
property it is always ignored--I consistently get store results that
go outside of the country I specified. Is there a work-around for this? ...

Hi,
Can we get geo-codes for postal codes in Brazil ? I am using MapPoint.BR to
get lat/long for a valid postal code but mappoint does not return anything.
