Can you tell me please if I allowed to use this service with my staging
developer account?
Is this service still support by bing maps?

Search result of stores in PR is not working through webservice

We are trying to extend the existing store search for the new stores in
Puerto Rico. We have three test stores uploaded as part of data source
CVS126903.126903.CVSTest417.
They are in cities: ARECIBO, BAYAMON, & SAN JUAN. Searching on Bing sites
gives us proper results but through the webservice it's not.

Inconsistent results from ReverseGeocode

When calling reversegeocode with the exact same address (and code base), we
get different results. One address this happens with is:
City: Ashburn, State: VA, Zip:20148
Sometimes we get 1 entry in GeocodeResult, other times we get 2.
Sometimes we get Ashburn, VA (which we expect),
sometimes we get Broadlands, ...

Locality property using reversegeocode

The address.Locality isn't being set when we know we have a valid address.
One that is failing is Damascus, MD 20872. The regular geocode works fine
and geocodes it to Lat 39.299004971981 Lon -77.2220420837402
But when we run the reserve, the Result.Address.Locality is empty. Other

Routing service stopped returning a response

and it suddenly stopped working - no response is returned (geocode service
