Paint and image compression - "lossy"

We are having difficulty with image compression using Paint. The jpg image
is edited (adding text and lines) and once saved, the picture loses its
detail - term is lossy. This occurs about 30% of the time. Any ideas on how
to avoid this problem? Has anyone ever experienced the problem? ...

I am having a little bit of a problem here. I have an Compaq IPAQ 3975 of
which I have three CF wireless cards. All three 'used' to work. Now all of
a sudden, none of them do. It would appear that the WZC has been turned off
in the PDA. If I re-install the Pocket PC 2003, and then just load the

Internet Explorer error message for ME

When trying to open Internet Explorer 6 from a Microsoft ME machine I get the
following error message. "Microsoft Visual C++ runtime library, runtime error
c:\Prog Files\Internet Explorer\explorer.exe"
Do I need to use a different version of IE? What would be causing this error? ...
