IExplorer - Display and download issues

Generally browsing and downloading via IExplorer goes without a hitch. On
certain pages either all or part of the page does not display or behave
properly.
ie: www.msn.com the banners don't download or display. In its place is an
error message "page cannot be found" is displayed. The rest of the page ...

Registry corrupted

I downloaded and ran a shareware utility named Regbot which supposedly helps
to clean junk files from the registry. After running it I found that I cannot
use control panel's "add/remove software". If you are a registry whiz that
can help me to undo the damage I'd love to hear from you.

I have a group of jpeg's that won't open, at least 50. The only thing that I
can find is that they were all "modified" on the same date at around the same
time. This was done after I had left the office. No one else here. I have not
been able to open any of these in any kind of photo program. Any ideas ???? ...
