NTBackup Tape Errors Windows 2003

Hello,
I have a windows 2003 server SP1 which errors when trying to backup to tape
using NTBackup.
The error messages are

how do i get my spelling checker to work on new emails and if i need another
program installed how and were do i find it .
i have tried everthing in help but it tells me i havent got micro word etc
but i do !!
