Problems installing xp on a ME (new harddrive)

I am frustrated, cannot install XP on a new harddrive in an old ME machine. I
keep getting intermittent "black screen" and also freezes up refusing to
continue, on the page for registry key or even the name page. I followed thru

How do i fix a corrupt dll file without my win xp cd

I get this message (invalid boot ini) when i start up windows. And then it
goes to a new screen saying (Windows could not start because the following
file is missing or corrupt.

Hi, I need urgent help with a SoapToolkit v3.0 problem. On 1x customer PC we
have installed SoapToolkit v 3.0 and run a simple script to decode
SoapStreams with DIME attachments. When I call LoadWithParser it works

attached to Explorer.exe ...I have a piece of software called unlocker to
unlock the dll from the file that it is using.....but the problem is that it
