How do i fix a corrupt dll file without my win xp cd

I get this message (invalid boot ini) when i start up windows. And then it
goes to a new screen saying (Windows could not start because the following
file is missing or corrupt.

Hi, I need urgent help with a SoapToolkit v3.0 problem. On 1x customer PC we
have installed SoapToolkit v 3.0 and run a simple script to decode
SoapStreams with DIME attachments. When I call LoadWithParser it works
everywhere but not 1x customer PC where it fails with: "ActiveX-Komponenten

I am having a problem trying to delete a file named SskBho.dll as it is
attached to Explorer.exe ...I have a piece of software called unlocker to
unlock the dll from the file that it is using.....but the problem is that it

How could I expand my C: drive without corrupting other partitions

I have a 120 Gig hard drive, that is partitioned into 3 drives. However, my
C: drive only has 2 gig on it. Is there any way that I could expand the c:
drive, without re-formatting the whole disk, or corrupting the information on
the other two drives?
