Tools in toolbar dimmed

Question
The "Insert Row" and "Insert Column" buttons in my custom toolbar are
dimmed.
They worked ok before I had to reinstall Tiger OS and Office:Mac 2004.
Can someone tell me where to look to turn them on. The "delete row" and
"delete column" buttons work fine. ...

I need to change the deflation/compression level to none when "zipping" a

I have installed a PCI-Express Serial Port (single) adapter card for my
system (my MOBO does not have a serial port and I have a legacy device that

virtual directory in IIS, have full permission, and have the path to the
