Can't able to read arabic file

Hai,
I'm using Windows XP Professional OS, which is my desktop system.
I have some arabic files, I wanted to read these arabic files using wordpad.
I can open the file and read the file and some arabic words are coming,
I think the standard form is Arabic ISO, but file is not coming in ISO font.
