While logged in using my userid, I am facing excel 2003 loading
problems even when a direct excel link is clicked. The response is
very slow as compared to word or powerpoint. When i used the excel /s
the response is ok with no problems. However this problem does not
persist when logged in as Admin ...

Windows 2003 R2 reboots after update

I'm buggered if I know how to solve this.
HP ML110 server, 2GB RAM, 2X 160GB HDD running Windows2003 R2.
I installed updates on it and duly rebooted as per normal.
Now the box just reboots continuously.
I disable automatic restart on system failure and got a C000021a error.

Linking a TechnetPlus to Windows Live ID
