Bypass the "Run" box when nstalling software

I have a one line script that runs a setup.exe file on an Office 2007
installation. (\\server\share\setup.exe)
Some computers run it just fine but others display the box that tells you
it's from Microsoft Corporation and asks if you want to run it.
Is there a command I can add to the to that to bypass the Run ...
