My CD player has stopped recognising audio cd's but still see's data ones.
Can anyone come up with a reason and cure for this? I have uninstalled and

Technet Library Feb 2008 DVD, dated?

Hi,
I notice the Technet Feb 2008 DVD uses the old "InfoViewer" Document
Explorer. This was originally from the Win98 / Visual C++ 6.0 era. The
VS2008 and MSDN Library DVD uses a new document browser which has a
number of advantages. I also notice Technet has headings for IIS5 and
IIS6 but not IIS7, why?

Remote Desktop

Hi,
I have two machines, A is the host and B is accessing A via Remote Desktop.
A is running a program which B has to monitor. B can see view the images of A
if the program is freshly started running. But after a few minutes, B
disconnect and reconnect, the images are not displayed properly.

Problem in posting

This mornig from 7:00 to 9:00 AM GMT i was not able to send new Questions or
reply to older ones. Loggining in wnet OK, but when I pushed the "Reply"
-button the page only re-loaded an the pop-up window did not opend.
The problem fixed automaticaly after 9 AM GMT, so the promblem had to be in
the servide it ...

platform. There are many open-source packages that support the semantic web,
but all the most advanced ones are written for Java (ie, HP's Jena). There
are a few offerings for.NET, like Joshua Tauberer's SEMWEB, but none go

New to Technet

I signed up for Technet in order to teach myself how to setup, manage,
and maintain a network. I am building a box to act as a server. I know
what the minimum requirements are but what is the lowest CPU/ram combo
that I can get away with and have it work properly?
This would be for SBS 2003 Standard.
