File Transfer Manager on Vista

Hi,
I'm working on Vista x86 and try to use File Transfer Manager to download
the stuff from MSDN Subscriber Download. In order to make FTM be able to
connect to the Net, I had got to go to IE settings Tools > Options >
Security tab and uncheck 'Enabled Protected Mode' and the restart the
browser.

Operating System & Build In Lower Right Corner

On my Desk Top, I have a message that has Microsoft Windows XP Pro Service
Pack 2 and the next line has a build number, I have tried everything that I
can in Desk Top settings to remove this, It has not effected anything to my
knowledge but it is annoying me, Does anyone know how to remove this, I don't

Just got the monthly package, which has 2 MSDN libraries?
Disc 1 has MSDN Library January 2008.
Disc 4402 has MSDN Library for Visual Studio 2008.
Whats the difference?

I installed MOXA NPort 2150 (Wireless Serial device) drivers.
I deleloped a c# .net framework program that reads a virtual COM (REAL COM
MODE).
When i run the program and the serial frame arrives the system crashes .

I have the MSDN Library for VS 2008 and would like to create a network image
from the DVD. When I try to create as I have with the VS 2005 Library the
network image never creates.
