Remote Desktop - Missing running application icons in the Taskbar

ALL,
We have a XP machine that if user remote desktop to it and launch an
application, Word/Excel, for example, the application icon won't be shown on
the taskbar, which is usually at the bottom of the screen. This can very,

VLK for MS Office on Term Services box? My VLKs from my MSDN Subscription
does not unlock the MS Office 2007 Professional Plus CD on my W2003 Server
which also has Terminal Services on it. The goal is to be able to run MS
