printing problem

I have a family treemaker 2008 that shuts down when I try to print, publish
or share. I right clicked on "my computer", then "manage". In the event
Viewer there are (2) red X's for the crash. .NET runtime 2.0 error and a
"Application Hang" error. I then tried to download .net framework 2.0
