Cannot add extenders to Windows Visa Ultimate 64-bit

When trying to add an extender, Media Center crashes after asking if I want
to add media folders. I look in the event viewer, I find Mcx2Dvcs reporting
EventID 401. The message is "Windows Media Center Extender setup cannot
configure the Windows Media Center PC for use with the Extender. Error code:
-114."

KB914015 downloadable hotfix is corrupt

Hi,
In testing some USB devices I have stumbled on an issue which KB article 914015 seems to fit
the observed behaviour (see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/914015/en-us).
The hotfix download that is available for this is corrupt - the self extracting ZIP file cannot extract its
contents.

certain emails get stuck in outbox

Cant install Vista SP1 - Language Issue, cant remove them

I am getting the Windows Vista Service Pack 1 cannot be
installed....supports only English, French etc.
I once had other unsupported languages installed, but I have removed
ALL of them except English via Control Panel> Keyboards and Languages
> Uninstall Language
and all but English is there, but still the ...
