Difference between MSDN Pro UEH-00006 & UEH-00007

Hi,
I have a very limited budget and I need MSDN Pro. I'm searching with
Google and I see two different product codes used: UEH-00006 and
UEH-00007.
I don't want Empower because I don't want the licenses to end of the
Empower period (2 years).
Does anyone know what the difference is between these codes?

WinXP with Excel 2003 (but problem was in all of Office prior to system
restore)
In new or existing workbook, click on any cell and right click menu is
present. Cells need to be double clicked in order to type in a cell. This
renders Excel excruciating to use. Have reinstalled Office to no avail.

what is "Windows Vista with Service Pack 1 Global Language Pack"

Could someone please advise me about the MSDN download "Windows Vista with
Service Pack 1 Global Language Pack"?
It seems to me that this is some sort of Windows Vista install disk with SP1
streamlined, which also includes the language packs for given languages. Am

i have so many sheets in workbook and a master sheet name "Summary", in the
same workbook .how can i link the sheets (INDIRECT) with Master Sheet
(Sumary) and also formula should be drag down easily in Summary that link the

Too many activations?

I recently tried activating a WinXP 32-bit key from my subscription, but
was informed that I've activated this too many times. For the past 3
years of the subscription I've kept records of my activations and it's
only been 3 or 4... Although it's been activated a few extra times on
the same computers, but ...

What to do when MSDN key exceeds activation count?

My MSDN key for Vista has exceeded its allowed activation count, now every
time I install on a new test system I have to activate by phone.
Is this typical, or is there some other way to get the activation count
reset?

Can anyone explain why you cannot watch an MSDN webcast on a Vista64 box.
The same box with Vista32 works. The same box with Vista32 in a virtual
machine works. The same box with XP in a virtual machine works. No Vista64
