Problem with blogs.msdn.com

When trying to access http://blogs.msdn.com I get an 403 http error, see
below.
I get the error on every page, using IE7 or Firefox3, also can't synch blog
feeds with FeedDemon.
Don't have any problems with other web sites though, be it MS or others.
I can access all MSDN pages, also MSDN downloads are working ...

HDD installation and Creating a Partition

Can't download iTunes 7.6

I am trying to download iTunes 7.6 and QuickTime on XP. I have done
everything they said to do. Upgraded to SP2, Explorer 7, check VB....
everything.... and it still won't download.
I press the button to download and nothing happens and then it sends me to
the "Thank you for downloading iTunes".... but noth ...

I have purchased some 6 years ago the MSDN professional edition(I'm not sure
its valid today with that name) and I got all the operating systems with the
cd's. I never used the Windows 2003 Advanced Server and I'd like to install
and use it now. My questions-
1. Is it legal?
